Day 9 and I’m feeling fine. Yesterday I cheated by eating pizza and having a small brownie that had dark chocolate and marshmallow, it was gluten-free though! I’m still trying to be dedicated to this detox but it’s hard to find gluten/wheat-free products and not completely get bored of it. I still have no idea if I’ve lost any weight on this thing, but I did get a chance to weigh myself so I can continue now to track the progress. Otherwise I feel normal, I don’t feel out of this world amazing as some people have noted on this detox.
Breakfast: lemon water, green tea, rice cereal with honey and almonds
Snack: almonds and banana
Lunch: chicken shawarma on top of salad with some sort of garlic sauce that probably wasnt the healthiest. Also a tiny bit of rice with it, but I barely ate any.
Snack: greek yogurt with honey
Dinner: chicken with brown rice and broccoli
Things I Miss: burgers and fries
