Joshi Detox Day 12 & 13

Well my birthday weekend is over and I definitely cheated on this detox.  Its REALLY hard to stick to this detox when celebrating! I surprisingly feel fine/not sick or any different despite my bad sugar intake.  I’ll continue on the detox for another week until the 21 days are over.

Saturday Sept 17th – Day 12

Breakfast: lemon water and corn flake cereal with almond milkSnack: green teaLunch: sweet potato friesDinner: chicken, mushroom pasta in pesto cream sauceDessert: creme brulee (half of one)Alcohol: 2 vodka, soda, bar lime, a couple of polar bear shots, vodka and fresca, amaretto sour

Late night snack: pita with hummus and olive tapenade
