
Picked up some fresh tilapia fillets for dinner tonight! Usually I like to coat them in whole wheat bread crumbs with spices but since I’m on this detox thing, no breadcrumbs for me.

Herbed Tilapia
- 2 Tilipa Fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, basil
1. In a large non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat. 2. Add in all of the spices and herbs and mix together with the oil. 3. Turn heat up to medium-high and add fillets.
4. Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until fish is white and flaky.
