Château des Charmes

img_0427-8491359 If you plan to stay at home this Valentine’s Day then a
bottle of bubbly is in order! An easy-drinking go-to choice is, Château  des Charmes Sparkling Brut.  It’s a very versatile and affordable champagne-style wine from the Niagara Region and is a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It pairs well with just about anything and

has a crisp texture with incredibly fine bubbles.

Château  des Charmes was founded in 1987 by Paul Bosc, a fifth generation French winegrower. Him and his family settled in Niagara and decided to grow their own grapes in order to produce the best wines. From the

very beginning they have been committed to using sustainable practices and are members of Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario.

The Bosc family uses the words Balance, Finesse, Structure to describe their wines.  They also take pride in creating food friendly wines that are age worthy. img_3758-8952007 If you’re not into the bubbly, you can choose from their wide selection of wines such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and more.  You can also visit their lovely vineyards for tastings and tours conveniently located in the

Niagara Wine County.
