Hi Foodies! As the holidays are approaching it isn’t unusual for people to get into the spirit of baking!! Some of my favourite holiday baking treats are shortbread, gingerbread and cupcakes.  Last year for Christmas I made these adorable snowman cupcakes that were such a hit with the kids. I found that they really enjoyed picking off his eyes, nose, and cheeks before consuming the cupcake body.

These cupcakes are super easy to make.  You can use any regular cupcake recipe as long as it involves a white frosting.  As for the goodies on top I used brown M&M’s or smarties for the eyes, orange jelly bean for the nose and green jujube with red candy lace for the ear muffs.  I sprinkled some red sprinkles for the rosy cheeks and used black icing for the mouth.  I am attempting to make reindeer cupcakes this Christmas so I will be sure to share them with you 🙂 Share on Facebook Tweet Follow us Share Share Share Share Share
