Joshi Detox Day 11

Day 11 and my birthday!  I only cheated a tiny bit by eating a baby cupcake the size of a walnut and I took the icing off.  Tonight and the rest of the weekend will be the major challenge!

Dinner: Italian restaurant, going with the chicken or the salmon.
